Scott M. Tyson 
Mr. Tyson has developed space and military electronics and computing technology for the past 25 years at organizations including Sandia National Laboratories, Johns Hopkins University’s Applied Physics Laboratory, Mission Research Corporation, IBM’s VLSI Laboratory, and Westinghouse’s Advanced Technology Laboratory. More recently, Mr. Tyson was a researcher with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), serving as Chief Technology Officer and Technical Advisor for the Space Electronics and Protection Branch (VSSE) of the Space Vehicles Directorate (VS). Mr. Tyson holds 14 US patents and has published and presented extensively on semiconductor and space technology and has organized numerous conferences and workshops on space and military electronics and avionics.
Bill Kemp 
William Kemp heads up our Radiation Test Services business as the Radiation Test Engineer and Safety Officer for SES Consultants. Mr. Kemp has worked in the radiation effects field since 1982 and performs radiation evaluations of digital and mixed-signal devices in various radiation environments (total ionizing dose, prompt dose, and dose rate). Mr. Kemp is heavily involved in the testing and characterization of emerging hardening-by-design technologies and products. Previously, he served as the Radiation Safety Officer for the Space Vehicles Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratory at Kirtland Air Force Base. He has authored or co-authored 20 papers on radiation effects and has provided numerous talks at a variety of professional conferences.
